MindCalm Relaxation Classes

The in-person Classes on Tuesday Mornings will start again as soon as we are able.
These 1 hour classes provide you with the time & space for some ‘time out’ to calm your mind and relax your body, with the added benefits of;

- increased calm
- lifting your mood

- a greater sense of peace & ease
They differ from other meditation/relaxation sessions in that I have carefully crafted them to be full of easily absorbed, self-esteem & confidence boosting imagery & positive suggestions.
This will leave you feeling less worried, anxious or overwhelmed and more calm, more peaceful, more confident, more positive, more content & feeling more able to cope in general.
The classes are run in Honiton at 9:30am in the Methodist Church in Chapel Street, EX14 1EU (just off New Street)
Chairs will be provided but if you would like to lie down please bring a mat (& pillow and blanket if you wish)
The classes are just £8 each when booked in advance or £10 on the door if spaces allow (but the last block was Fully Booked ahead of time).
