MindCalm Relaxation Classes
These 1 hour classes provide you with the time & space for some ‘time out’ to calm your mind and relax your body, with the added benefits of;

These differ from other meditation/relaxation sessions in that I have carefully crafted them to be full of easily absorbed, self-esteem & confidence boosting imagery & positive suggestions.
This will leave you feeling less worried, anxious or overwhelmed and more calm, more peaceful, more confident, more positive, more content & feeling more able to cope in general.
The classes are run in Honiton at the Methodist Church in Chapel Street, EX14 1EU (just off New Street)
Chairs will be provided but if you would like to lie down please bring a mat (& pillow and blanket if you wish)
For the first 6 week block the classes are on Tuesdays 15th, 22nd, 29th in September, & on 6th, 13th & 20th October. You can book the whole block or individual dates.
The classes are just £8 each when booked in advance or £10 on the door (if spaces allow).
A 6 week half-termly block is £48
