These 45 minute sessions provide you with the time & space for some ‘time out’ to calm your mind and relax your body.

These sessions differ from other meditation/relaxation classes in that I have carefully crafted them to be full of easily absorbed, self-esteem & confidence boosting imagery & positive suggestions.
This will leave you feeling less worried, anxious or overwhelmed and more calm, more peaceful, more confident, more positive, more content & feeling more able to cope in general.

Most people choose to lie down for the classes & bring a mat (camping, yoga, whatever you have at home), and usually a pillow/cushion & blankets too. Basically please feel free to bring anything you wish which helps you feel relaxed & comfy- thick, fluffy socks are welcome too!
A limited number of chairs are available if you prefer to be seated (please ask if you would like to use one)
The classes are just £8 each when booked in advance or £10 on the door if spaces allow (but Classes are usually Fully Booked ahead of time).
